Online Subscription Services Warranty

Effective January 1, 2010 

The following warranty applies to all online subscriptions of BKeeney Softwares, Inc. (“BKS”) products purchased directly from and accessed through BKS’s website at www.bkeeney.com.

Disclaimer of Warranty BKS’s online subscription services are provided as-is, with all faults, and without warranty of any kind. BKI expressly disclaims all warranties, express and implied, including without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and title/non-infringement to the full extent permitted by law.

Interruption of Services While BKS shall take all reasonable steps to insure that the online subscription service is available 24/7, BKS does not warrant that the online subscription services will meet your requirements, or that the operation of the online subscription services will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that defects in the services will be corrected.

Results BKS does not warrant or make any representation regarding the use or the results of the use of the online subscription services or related documentation in terms of their correctness, accuracy, quality, reliability, appropriateness for a particular task or application, or otherwise. No oral or written information or advice given by BKS or its authorized representatives shall create a warranty. You are entirely responsible for and assume all risk for use of BKS’s online subscription services.

Security BKS is not responsible for transmission errors or corruption or security of information carried over telecommunication lines.

Exclusive Remedy If you are dissatisfied for any reason with BKS’s online subscription services, your sole right and exclusive remedy is to terminate your subscription, as set forth in the End User License Agreement. No refund of all or any portion of your subscription fee will be given.
